1. Services
I QuickBooks Pro Advisor (IQBPA) provides QuickBooks consulting, configuration, repair, bookkeeping and training services. Scope is defined in the written quote issued before work begins.
2. Not affiliated with Intuit
IQBPA is an independent third-party service provider. Intuit® and QuickBooks® are registered trademarks of Intuit Inc. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Intuit Inc.
3. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the records you provide, for maintaining your own backups, and for final review of any filings. We will request access via appropriate accountant-level credentials and will not require your master admin password.
4. Not tax, legal or audit services
Services are bookkeeping and QuickBooks advisory in nature. We do not provide audit, attestation, legal advice, or represent clients before any taxing authority unless separately engaged in writing.
5. Fees and payment
Fees are set out in the written quote. Project work is invoiced on completion unless otherwise agreed. Retainers are billed monthly in advance.
6. Confidentiality
Client financial information is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to third parties except as required to deliver the service or by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
