Fixed-price project work
If we are unable to resolve the issue described in the agreed written scope, the fee for that engagement is refunded in full. If the issue is partially resolved, we will agree a proportionate refund with you.
Monthly retainers
Retainers may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Fees for the current month are not refunded once work for that period has commenced, but no further months are billed.
Out-of-scope discoveries
If the file turns out to require materially more work than the agreed scope, we stop and return to you with a revised quote. You may decline and receive a full refund of anything paid for the unperformed work.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your invoice reference within 30 days of the invoice date. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
Exclusions
Refunds do not cover third-party costs (QuickBooks subscriptions, app fees, payroll service charges) or issues caused by changes made to the file after handover.
